We will check the following:

Exterior

– all windows and doors secured
– visual inspection of the entire home from the outside
– pick-up any mail or packages that have been left
– visual inspection of any vehicles left at residence

Interior

– run all taps
– check for leaks under all sinks
– flush all toilets and make sure refill is complete
– visual inspection of all rooms (if desired by client)
– visual inspection of sump pump
– check circuit panel for any thrown fuses
– check basement for any water
– check all refrigerators and freezers for proper temperatures
– many other services upon request

Reporting

You will receive an online report each time that we check on your home.

If something goes wrong at the residence, we will work with the Home Owner to arrange for the appropriate response and solution.
